+1 on this request. This is an addition that is needed very much. I have a client with over 500 products and doing this on a per product basis is going to take forever!
You are exactly right! The client was dividing discount by price on completed transaction, not original price. My bad for assuming client was right and not checking original item pricing. Thanks for your patience. It’s been a long week!
Very strange that the only time a calculation was wrong is when this coupon was applied.
Michele, where do you stand on the update? This is now really affecting inventory management and my client is losing sales because his site is showing “Out of stock” when he has lots of item inventory. He is having to spend a couple of hours each day just trying to fix inventory problems this plugin is creating.
Hi, Michele. Glad you were able to find the problem. Any news on when an update with a solution might be out? We’re only getting about 30 or 40 sample orders a day right now, so manually readjusting inventory isn’t too bad. When we hit our busy season in November and start getting several hundred a day, it’s going to be almost impossible.
