In reply to: [Stargazer] Comments form on a singlle post?[resolved]
Apparently, if you have tons of posts, you can’t just click on Title, Bulk Actions, Edit, Allow (comments), but you have to do this for each page/collection of posts. Again, this is, if you have more pages of posts to be displayed. WordPress could make it easier on a user and have an option to display all posts at once, without having to perform an action dozens of times.
The theme itself was fine.
Actually, I resolved it, but still cannot explain it.
I went to my Cpanel and deleted the images which seemingly caused the problem, and it was then back to normal…
If you have any possible explanation, I would appreciate it.Thanks!

In reply to: "Scheduled" option and "Private" visibility?Unfortunately, this problem persists, and, apparently, it is just a part of WordPress, and not a conflict within my own installation.
WordPress explains it here: http://codex.wordpress.org/Content_Visibility, saying:
“Once you change the visibility to private, the post or page status changes to “Privately Published” as shown. Private posts are automatically published but not visible to anyone but those with the appropriate permission levels (Editor or Administrator). “What, if I do not want the posts to be “automatically published”, but stay scheduled for future dates in a private mode? I find it hard to believe that this little problem would exist without a solution in such a sophisticated environment as WordPress…

In reply to: "Scheduled" option and "Private" visibility? So, here is what I came up with.
If my Visibility is set to Public, I have no problem scheduling a post. Once the Visibility option is Private, the scheduler is still there, but when I click “Update”, then it goes to Privately Published status and appears on my site. However, if I do not “Update”, then it stays scheduled and appears at a planned time.
Is there any possible explanation to this?
I appreciate your help. I did not find any other information on this problem anywhere else.Forum: Fixing WordPress
In reply to: "Scheduled" option and "Private" visibility? This is frustrating.
I disabled all plugins, the problem persists.
Do I have to re-install WP to see, if it will solve the problem?Forum: Fixing WordPress
In reply to: "Scheduled" option and "Private" visibility? That is exactly the problem:)
As soon as I set Visibility to Private, I loose the ability to schedule my posts, because it goes to Published.

In reply to: "Scheduled" option and "Private" visibility? My issue stands: I would like to schedule the posts, not publish them immediately; when they are published, I would like them to be private. How do I achieve this?
Thank you.
