In reply to: [wp-forecast] No OpenMeteo data available still presentThanks for the help. I removed every “wp-forecast” line and that did reset plugin settings and saved cities with default “Frankfurt am Main” location. But the problem is still present… 🙁
I updated:
- WordPress
- Plugin
- PHP version to 7.4
- Every other plugin
Is there anything else that could be blocking OpenMeteo from working?

In reply to: [wp-forecast] Error with widget displayWouldn’t it be better to place Open-Meteo as first option under Weatherservice dropdown as it switches Accuweather to OWM for default. I tried on few of my test sites and each time updating from v6 breaks widget because of that. I don’t have newer version (v7) to to test that as you are saying “All your Accuweather Widgets have been set to Open-Meteo to avoid errors on your website.” – it isn’t working for me.

What do you think what are chances that this Open-Meteo will end their free support? I feel that today you have to pay for everything…

I was on Accuwather and now default Weatherservice is OWM. I did change it manually to OpenMeteo.
I did update from v6, maybe that is the problem? now on 9.0.

In reply to: [wp-forecast] Error with widget displayHi! I had same problem with error: Failure notice from provider: Connection Error:http_request_failed.
Now I updated to latest version but it did not transfer to Open-Meteo automatically, but rather default Weatherservice is OWM. By switching to Open-Meteo manually I got error No OpenMeteo data available.
I tried search function but I can’t find any location, I tried Berlin for example still nothing.

In reply to: [wp-forecast] Errors instead of weatherSadly v5.4 didn’t fix this 🙁 Only difference now is that there is no error text showing. Forecasts for days still have no icons or any data showing.

Sometimes error is gone when I hit save(just save, no edit) widget.
Sometimes error is only showing when metric units are on.
By disabling icons (current, day, night) error codes are not visible but there are no forecast details for days.
Current weather is not the problem.Very strange and cant figure out where is the problem…
