In reply to: [Piotnet Addons For Elementor] Using shortcode to call templates causes errorNo, I do not use it anymore. This plugin wrecked about 10 client sites that I had to go back and fix. I can’t be bothered by plugins that wreck my sites. I now use Ultimate Addons for Elementor Lite for shortcodes, it is combined with Elementor Header & Footer Builder.
If I could use a background image for the rollover background rather than just a different color I could do it that way but there is not an options for that. Does anyone have any ideas?
Thanks for your help! I have managed to get by Gmails filters but now the responses are coming in with HTML code. I changed settings to plain text which is better but not acceptable, since the entire entry is run together on one line and still hard to read.
How can I get the HTML to come through correctly? I installed the Post SMTP plugin but it requires an API key from SendInBlue. I tried to signup for an account but the signup page will not load. Thanks so much! I edited the link in the template as you said and now my site is 100% ADA compliant.
I want to make the site ASA compliant, the button has a role but no aria-label needed for ASA compliance. Can you tell me how to add this in the code?
thanks,
DanI did not know that adding the above links revealed the login info, I have changed it.

)]Following the procedure of my last post I deleted irise.today completely and installed WP 5.5.1 and it worked fine but I was not able to install yoast (same as above). I updated it to WP 5.7.1, installed yoast and everything was good. I then installed all the plugins I needed to use, checking after each install and everything was still good. The install is fine now but why did I need to install 5.5.1 first, then update it to 5.7.1 to get yoast to work? Is 5.7.1 missing something that is found in 5.5.1?
After some experimenting I installed WP 5.7.1 on a fresh install. I got a blank page when trying to edit a page or add a new page with no plugins installed, default theme. I deleted it and installed it again, same result. Looking back through other sites I have built, I uploaded WP 5.5.4, it worked fine but I was not able to add Yoast SEO, not comparable wit that version, so I clicked the upgrade link and updated to 5.7.1, now it works, added Yoast and a new theme, everything works now. Why did WP 5.7.1 not work when initially installed but now works when upgrading from 5.5.4? This is very strange.
I switched to twenty-twenty with all other plugins turned off. The issue still is there. This issue occurs on the last two sites I built.
By comparison, here is a screenshot from another site, same server, same PHP, same wordpress, 5.7.1, where yoast works. I have had the missing meta box issue on the last two sites I built.
I have also done extensive testing turning off plugins, etc. but the problem still exists.
Yes, that passes the ADA test! Thanks!
Dan
I have the same problem. I am using the standard MetaSlider version and showing several slides at once on the page with the carousel option. The ends of the slides on either end are sometimes cut off. I have tried all the cropping options but nothing seems to solve the problem. What can be done to correct this?

In reply to: [Max Mega Menu] What URL to use for development site?I know about moving the site, what I am concerned with is right now it is under a different domain name, if I buy Max Mega Menu Pro now and give you the current domain name to show the client, what happens when I change the site to the correct URL? Will the menu still function under the new domain name?
