The ticket in SG support area was very clear in detailing which domain I referred to Dimitar. Either way; that is irrelevant. I am on a shared server that is marked as blacklist. I requested that ticket to be re-opened please via your customer service agent, I dont think I should be raising a new ticket after the current one not being finalised. I have another question to ask in follow up, no need to close a ticket and not provide a client with less than 30 minutes to respond. Extremely dissapointed.

In reply to: [Speed Optimizer - The All-In-One Performance-Boosting Plugin] PROBLEM UPDATEIm confused Dimitar, the purpose of the plugin is to enhance the site, despite any change over 3 years; plugin conflict would expect to be rectified during each release. My aim is to use the Optimizer plugin for my main site. If the issue is that I have multiple sites your team are well aware of my main site and still no direct assistance provided. We have had this low GT Metrix score over a long period, I have sought the assistance, with little support thus far; I had been hopeful to date that webP image compression would allow me to rank higher, however not the case. I will not be changing from Elegant Themes; this is not the solution I wanted to hear unfortunately. CDN issue? I have asked for this to be checked, I still have low speed scores unfortunately.
