Currently, this in the beta version and is not broadly available to all the users.
In about 1-2 weeks we will have this ready and we can test it on all the websites.

Usually, this is an environment issue as the WordPress core REST API is not really working on your server. This is crucial as our plugin relies on this functionality in order to work.
The root cause might be either a security plugin which blocks those URLs either the hosting company is doing the block.
You can try to disable any of the security plugins that you have to see if this fixes the issue or you can ask the hosting company, I’m sure that they know how to handle this.

Our plugin is no longer compatible with PHP versions lower than 5.5. You can ask you hosting to update your PHP environment or download one of the previous versions -> https://wordpress.org/plugins/tweet-old-post/advanced/
