I am so disgusted by the change. This change has cost our business thousands of dollars so far and the best you lot can do is shrug your shoulders.
Since this change I am constantly fighting chargebacks and disputed transactions at $25 per dispute not to mention the lost revenue that takes months to come back.
Other sites of our running older versions of the plugin continue to be able to set the statement descriptor as desired and do not face any chargebacks!
I’m looking for another implementation and will be moving all of my clients and our own sites away from this plugin like the plague…

I am a developer. Which hooks can I use to set this myself for certain?
Can the hook below help? It’s not really documented as to exactly what the functionality is.

In reply to: [OceanWP] Border after clicking menu (header and footer) linksHi Abhishek,
can you please address this issue. It was added in recent theme updates and it’s really a beginner error. Theme Update Item: * **Added**: Accessibility: Buttons: focus option.
Please address this issue in a theme update because we all have countless clients using this theme and we don’t need to add a CSS adjustment across the board.
I have to say I’m very disappointed that such an obvious mistake gets rolled out.

In reply to: [OceanWP] Focus Outline Appearing After Last UpdateYeah I have to agree.
I love the theme and use it consistently but this was an amateur mistake!
Please address this immediately.

In reply to: [OceanWP] Notices after AJAX add to cartYou’re right. Your solution will do the job but requires editing the WooCommerce source files and this is a big no no for me. I’m opening a ticket with the developers.

In reply to: [OceanWP] Notices after AJAX add to cartThis would be so easy for these guys to implement in the theme!
