In reply to: [Patreon WordPress] Does What It Needs to doIs that with the latest version? Do you have object caching at your site?

In reply to: [Patreon WordPress] Deprecated messageThose would be addressed in newer versions, you shouldnt need to worry about those – for the time being you can just disable showing warnings & deprecation notices at your live website. They should not be set to on at production websites. (its ok to have them on dev/staging sites).

In reply to: [Patreon WordPress] Will this plug-in work with the Oxygen Custom Templating?Official support forum is at https://www.patreondevelopers.com/c/patreon-wordpress-plugin-support/11
The plugin should work with any template and page builder that uses the_content filter correctly.

In reply to: [Patreon WordPress] Very basic but works, with a very annoying nag screen :(That is very odd. That callout is dismissable. If its not being dismissed when you click it, there must be something odd with your installation. First, check if any JavaScript errors appear in the browser console when you click the dismiss button. It may be a JS error, or it may be an error coming from the server when the callout contacts it to dismiss itself.
Also make sure that if you are using object caching like Redis etc, its not showing you a cached result that it does not clear. That was a reason why this issue happened in the past a few times.

In reply to: [Patreon WordPress] Users can’t access protected contentThe official support forum is here: https://www.patreondevelopers.com/c/patreon-wordpress-plugin-support/11
That said, your site may have lost connection to Patreon. Try the steps here to force-refresh the connection:
https://www.patreondevelopers.com/t/how-to-upgrade-your-patreon-wordpress-to-use-api-v2/3249
Also make sure that any caching plugin or other caching mechanisms like opcache etc arent interfering with your site’s operation.
One more (important) thing to pay attention to is that you have to set Cloudflare (or other CDN) to avoid caching the Patreon login authorization page (/patreon-authorization). That page should never be cached, either in your caching plugins or your CDN.
If you do use a CDN, go to the caching rules and make sure those pages are not cached. For Cloudflare, this should help:
https://community.cloudflare.com/t/cache-rules-and-best-practise-for-wordpress/541912
These are the settings you have to add for WP. Also add ‘Uri path’ + ‘does not contain’ + /patreon-authorization to those rules.

In reply to: [Patreon WordPress] It’s asking money again from already paying membersWe may have looked into this via email or Discord too, cant exactly tell which one. It may be better to just start a new topic at the forum and post the question entirely anew.

In reply to: [Patreon WordPress] Feels like a Beta version of a pluginThe Elementor issue sounds like something that relates to that specific feature of the Elementor, as there isnt anything in the plugin that can unlock your entire site unless you specifically have chosen to do so in the options.
Your existing patrons can log in via the ‘Already a member? Refresh’ link under the Unlock buttons.
The patrons are taken to the exact tier that you specified while locking your post, as allowing them to sign up for any tier could allow them to sign up for lower tiers therefore failing to unlock the post.

You seem to have posted this in the wrong place as this does not relate to this plugin but some other.
