    Thanks for your help I will look at that. It may have to have a form per pdf as although longwinded it may be easier for maintenance. I will look at some sort of combining. Thanks for your prompt response.

    Hi,

    Thanks for your quick response. If I understand you correctly that is for the output filename, what I want to vary is the input file name. The Alert Card has text in the patients own language or in a language supported by the website. The fields are exactly the same in the PDF, I wonder if this is possible – the alternative is to have a separate form for each language which is somewhat cumbersome.
