Hello.. I am still having issues with the plugin.. I created the form to create an account, and made it mandatory that the user must upload a profile pic. The people creating an account do include their profile pic, and I can see the link to it in the notification email that I receive, but the picture does not appear in the wordpress profile. This issue has been going on for a while now, and I even hired a developer to look into it.. the last response I received about it was this:

My colleague explained in his reply from Posted on: 21 Dec, 2024, 10:04 that despite his best efforts the uploaded picture during the account creation phase cannot be visualized and the Ultimate member plugin is still fetching the default placeholder picture. So the outcome that you’ve experienced, following the creation of a new dummy account is expected.

He also pointed out that this is likely related to an outdated and potentially incorrect form field:

Your fields’ icons in the Ultimate Member Forms are out of date.

This plugin was working perfect for me until the last update. I do not know if you have received similar request for help.

Hello.. I love the template, and I am considering buying the Pro version; however, I can’t seem to make the sidebar work on my home page: https://www.elevangeliodehoy.com/

I am sure I must have missed something; however, I am a newbie so I would really appreciate specific instructions as to how to fix this. I can see the sidebar in my categories, etc. But I just can’t make it show in my home page.
