I am surprised you didn’t answer yet. I even saw the previous person asking, still with no support answer after 2 weeks… that doesn’t sound good in case of a real issue, we shouldn’t expect any support before a minimum of 2 weeks?
with that message, I am also testing the support of free plugin of gift cards.
I did stuff to 3 different gift car plugin. :
-the first answer they can’ fix my issue for now, maybe next update…
-the second also very responsive (within a day), answer all my information perfectly and found a solution to my problem.
-the third is you : no answer after 3 days. The person before me, still waiting for support after 2 weeks.
I totally understand that a free plugin is not paying your rent. I understand you will fix first the issue of the clients that pay but free plugin are a big part of WordPress. It is better to tell the user that the support is a minimum of 2 weeks for example, at least there is no surprise.
In my case, support is very important as it is for a business. Your plugin was my favorite in my tests and to my client too. But sadly I will choose another one to manage my gift card as the support is not reactive at all. Now it’s just a question before choosing t but once I have a bug or big issue, I can pause my business for 2 weeks till I get an answer from the support.

=> It’s very surprising to have to take a paying plugin just to have a date in the right format.
Because of that I think I will then have to use another plugin like, I can let my client having an expiry date they won’t understand!
Why don’t you write it in big in the description of the plugin that the expiry date can only be the american format unless you buy the premium version?! I will add a review about that then.
I guess I will use the plugin PW WooCommerce Gift Cards as they don’t force us to buy it to get an expiry date that the clients can understand…

With Elementor free or pro, there is no button to open the exit menu. The only way is to click on the ESC/escape/echap… button on your keyboard to open the exit menu and then click the exit button.
Hey @blueoaks , like you I didn’t find any button to exit the builder and go back the wordpress dashboard. But you can use your ESC button on your keyboard to open the exit menu on elementor builder.
I think it’s a strange way (and very bad for accessibility and UI/UX) of doing or I missed a simplier way but I had a look everywhere…

It’s solved! The client do not receive any email but see them in his email box, in the “sent emails” which is normal.

Yes I know, too many plugins but I can’t really remove most of them. I am tryoiing to look for an alternative for some of them.
So I just added my GA code with just a custom code in (via functions.php or with elementor > cudstom code) like I did for the Facebook Pixel.
I think I will just add the GTM code like that too and I won’t need any plugin then, even if I like your plugin and your support is really/honnestly good!
If you check my website, you should see the GA now! And it’s seen in my GA account, great!

Well, I did install GA in my website with site kit and did excatly what you show me in the screenshot.
I don’t understand, I just logged in the back office of the website and it’s like site kit has not been installed.
I have to reconnect everything, give all authorisation… is that normal? do you wnow where it can come from? i am using sucuri and wrodfence for security plugin.Thanks for your help

I edited the “connected services” as your recommanded but it didn’t fix.
Before installing “site kit” plugin, I didn’t have a GA4. I created as it was proposed/recommanded in the plugin when settings.
So I guess I need to remove the GA4 from my google analytics account to get my audience back.Do you know if I can transfer the audience I got on GA4 for some days to my normal google analytics ? it seems that all traffic is now seen only on my GA4… I don’t want to loose the traffic for some days if possible.
