In reply to: [CC Child Pages] Setting Parent page missing?Hi.
Under the Query tab, start typing the name of the parent page/post in the “Select pages or posts” field. Once you select the page, you should see the child pages displayed and you can then play with other settings such as “Depth”, etc. and choose your layout and design options from the “Design” tab.

In reply to: [CC Child Pages] Add a “Lazy Loading” option /2Sorry it has taken so long, but finally have been able to complete the coding and testing today. Watch out for version 2.1.0, which adds lazy loading alongside integration with Elementor.

In reply to: [CC Child Pages] Add a “Lazy Loading” option /2Just to apologise for the delay in implementing this feature (due to a family emergency), and to assure you it is being worked on for the next proper release. I will strive to get this feature added as soon as I can. (New release out now is a simple bug-fix to CSS which was causing issues for several users.)

In reply to: [CC Child Pages] CSS rendering not correct in Chrome/EdgeOK, my apologies … a bit of code from the future (for an optional feature) accidentally made it’s way into the new modern CSS. I have just released a corrected version (exactly the same apart from the CSS files) which should fix the problem.

In reply to: [CC Child Pages] Column IssueOK, can you post a link to a page that has an issue so that I can see what’s happening?
If you’d prefer to let me have the information more privately, please use the contact form at ccplugins.co.uk ( https://ccplugins.co.uk/contact/ ) to send me details.
Useful information would be which theme the site uses, whether any bespoke functionality has been put in place for CC Child Pages using hooks/filters/custom CSS, a copy of the shortcode used on the page (I am assuming that the shortcode was used as this appears to be a problem with the new version of plugin causing problems with an existing site).

In reply to: [CC Child Pages] Column IssueI’m glad to see you managed to resolve this issue … if you had to do something particular, it would be helpful to me if you could let me know a few details so that I can fix any issues in the plugin (which theme for example, so that I can determine the cause of the incompatibility … or how you resolved the issue). Any information that could help me recreate the original problem would be greatly appreciated and will help to make the plugin better for everyone in the future.

In reply to: [CC Child Pages] Bug in Line 140I am closing this topic. After thorough investigation, I can confirm that the issue is with Child Pages Shortcode plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/child-pages-shortcode/), and not the CC Child Pages plugin.

In reply to: [CC Child Pages] Add a “Lazy Loading” option /2I have just released an interim security patch this morning … the new version with the lazy loading options should be available in a few days time.

In reply to: [CC Child Pages] Add a “Lazy Loading” option /2HI … yes, this is something that I’ll be adding as part of my cleaning up of the initial release. I’ll add an option for turning on the lazy loading in the options page, as there may be some situations where people don’t want it applied globally. I’ll also add a parameter to the shortcode so that people can select individual instances. Thanks for your input on this matter – I’ll post back here when it is implemented.
Any feed back on the new version would be most welcome also.

In reply to: [CC Child Pages] Bug in Line 140Thank you for reaching out, but from the error you have posted I can see that this is not from my plugin. The error is being thrown by the Child Pages Shortcode plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/child-pages-shortcode/), and not CC Child Pages. You could try contacting the author of that plugin, but I see from the plugin page that it hasn’t been updated for 8 years.
Maybe try installing CC Child Pages and see how you get on with that instead?
I am just doing the final testing for version 2.0.0 which will add a Gutenberg block to the offering. If all goes well, it should come out in the next few days.
