In reply to: [WooCommerce] Very POlite Request for SupportHi Andy
It seems that V3.03 has fixed the email problem I was having.
My ticket number is #559802 and I’ll go and update it with a few questions that I now have.
Obviously you guys are very busy, and I don’t mind waiting for help, but after a couple of days I felt I deserved some kind of response.
Thanks.

Thanks for looking!

In reply to: [WP Support Plus Responsive Ticket System] Access to Admin QuestionThanks for that. I also discovered the user level that allows limited backend access.
I’ll be invoicing the clients soon and will make sure that they pay for your excellent plugin too.
Kind regads
SteveHi. I’m sure it’s an API key problem. All I’m trying to insert is this as a test:
[wpme-gmap address=”sydney, australia”]
Here’s my API key:
AIzaSyCQKoigcqQTp39aeEDJ2wJws7yXULk1CY8
Thanks
SteveHi. Try as I might I just cannot get any map to display. I have a valid API Key entered. Could you give an example of a correctly formatted shortcode that should just work please, so that I can test.
Thanks, Steve
p.s – Happy to donate if I can get your plugin working.

In reply to: An image size question from a Joomla guy :-)Just to add, I’ve now read about various plugins to regenerate the thumbnails.
I think I’ll go and try one of those before bothering anyone again.
