In reply to: [WP Customer Reviews] Sync reviews between two websitesIt is supported. One way I can think of to sync reviews manually would be to find some WP backup plugin that can export/backup/import custom post types of your choosing, then choose the WPCR custom post type to export/import. I’ve never tried it, and it’s an interesting request, so I’ll think of ways to make this possible in perhaps some future PRO version of the plugin.

In reply to: [WP Customer Reviews] Sensitive Information Exposure vulnerabilityThe original researcher made a mistake, and has since updated the record to say <= 3.6.6. However, several other plugins use the same database, and they don’t appear to update when changes are made to past notices, so I’ve released 3.6.9 with no changes at all, just the version tick so these bogus notices are fixed.

In reply to: [WP Customer Reviews] Sensitive Information Exposure vulnerabilityI found the following, but they are linking to the source code of a previous version. This was already fixed in 3.6.8 and the researcher looks like they are issuing tons of bogus alerts for many plugins. I’m not sure what to do about it, since there is no contact info for the researcher, and the issue is no longer present.

In reply to: [WP Customer Reviews] Sensitive Information Exposure vulnerability@gopa4 – Do you have a link for information on this? I tried searching, but can’t find any mention of this, so it’s hard to research when it can’t be found on any official CVE list.
The problem is that premium support does not respond. Multiple tickets by multiple people over multiple months, zero response to anyone. It’s like it’s been abandoned.
I have the same issue, paid Pro user, premium support is unresponsive.. as in.. it’s been a week and zero response on my ticket. If we don’t get a fix for this soon, I guess we can all just request refunds / chargebacks on our payments until this issue is resolved.

In reply to: [WP Customer Reviews] Review Schema IssueWe have already implemented the fix as shown on the post you referenced.
I’m not seeing any warnings on my testing site when using Google’s Rich Results Test tool or Google Search Console.
Are you running the latest version?
Have you tried deactivating then reactivating the plugin?
Which Google tool is displaying this warning?Forum: Reviews
In reply to: [WP Customer Reviews] Bad after sales problem follow up.This plugin is free and not for sale, so I’m a bit confused on the title.
Can you send a support ticket with the URL to your reviews page on your website and I can take a look? It’s most likely just your theme styling overriding the plugin styling for checkboxes.

In reply to: [WP Customer Reviews] Invalid object type for field “author”This will be fixed in v3.6.1

In reply to: [WP Customer Reviews] Invalid object type for field “author”I’m looking into this. Google updated something on their validator in the past day, because this just started.
From past experience with these “errors”, they don’t seem to affect indexing of reviews, but it would still be nice to remedy the warning.

In reply to: [WP Customer Reviews] TOO COMPLICATED AND NOT USER FRIENDLYI think you accidentally left a review for a plug-in and not WordPress itself…
