You are correct, but I am not using the Create Shipping Label option so need to know where to change it make it default to new address. Looks like if not changed on the “Create Shipping Label” it defaults to old address. Yes it has been changed in General settings. Not using a third party plugin at this time.
Krishna Thanks, That is what we are doing now. Would like to skip that step and have it populate like itself.
I already populates the alt field. The client is looking to skip a step by having it populate the Caption field also.
