All recommended.
1,2,3,4 (disabled some plugins that might be the problem, can’t disable all… what’s the point of being able to use one plugin when you can’t use all the others – website will be rendered useless)
5. Can’t be blacklisted. Can use email with no problems.
I’ve also used other contact form Plugins without any problem delivering to email olaf@sabah-borneo.com
6. I tried setting up the plugin… send test mail to olaf@sabah-borneo.com
I got this…

SMTP -> ERROR: Failed to connect to server: Connection timed out (110)and I tried sending test mail to my gmail too… no luck.
