Ok, solved.
The issue was with the ‘click if same as business address’ option in Checkout tab. But it turns out it’s actually a problem with the shipping price calculator filling the State field automatically.
The calculator will always fill the field, and is required to complete a purchase. So if you deselect the ‘State’ field radio button for ‘mandatory’ and update/save. It solves the issue, and you can leave ‘click if same as business…’ turned on.

Any item that requires shipping does not proceed to gateway after clicking ‘purchase’. It just reloads the checkout page.
Digital downloads and non-shipping items are working fine.
I’m using a flat-rate shipping method.
EDIT: I’ve tried deleting w3 cache directories as suggested above. Still no dice.

but afterwards I was unable to login…I fixed it, sorta, by changing the ‘site url’ and ‘home’ columns (I think they’re called that) in myphp.
I can see the homepage now, but none of my links are working. Could you help me?

That worked wonderfully, Tak. You’re a legend. I’m having a new issue though. It appears one of my old facebook statuses is stuck at the top of the list in the feed, what could be causing this?
