Ok I have seen that an old plugin : Press Elements is caused the blue endless spinning wheel.
I deactivated it and all seem ok !
The patch seem to work but now i have another problem ! I cannot edit with Elementor ! i have the blue wheel on the left spinning endless !
Any ideas ?

Here is a printscreen of the problem. On the right you see the shadow and the image with the bottom margin.
And in the left image you see the bottom image with a bottom margin too.

I cant remove this bottom margin !
