In reply to: [Sydney] Images keep going missingHi Liam,
It’s most likely not the theme causing this, but rather a plugin you are using on your site. If you share more details with us in a support thread, like your site URL, which images on which pages are disappearing, and what plugins you have installed we might be able to help figure it out.
I’ve made a note of this and added it to our feature request board.
Hi Reza,
Thanks for reporting this, we will have a fix ready for the next release.

In reply to: [Sydney] Stable and reliableHello,
We’re glad to hear that Sydney has worked reliably for you for years across several sites. Out of curiosity, can we ask what would make the theme perfect for you? We’re always looking for ways to improve.
Hi Charles,
The quick view functionality is working on your site for me on Chrome. Is it working for you now? If not, please provide details of the browser/device you are getting this error with.
Hello,
I’m sorry to hear you’ve had a bad experience.
Could you please elaborate on the bugs you’ve found? If you’re a Pro user and you’ve already let us know via email, there is no need to reiterate here (just let me know that you’ve informed us of them already).
For each bug, please detail the exact steps to reproduce. It would also be helpful to know the theme you are using, in case there is a conflict there.
You don’t have to work with shortcodes, but they can give you more control over the placement of things. You can still work with Merchant via the module settings pages. With the Bulk Discounts module for example, you can move the offer widget around the page using the Divi Builder (visually).
I encourage you to play around with it and then if you have specific questions let us know.
Hi DC,
So Merchant is compatible with Divi and other page builders. Most of the modules have shortcodes that you can use to add the output of the modules to your WooCommerce pages. Was there a particular module you were looking to use with Divi?
I think you make a good point about the way we handle optional products in product bundles currently. I will discuss with the team and likely we will make some changes in line with your suggestions. Thank you for the feedback!
One thing you can do with our product bundles is set certain products in the bundle to be optional.
We do plan to release an Addons module, but it won’t be for a little while (the classic example of this is a store that sells gift wrapping as an optional extra).
Do you have an example on a live site of exactly what you want? It would make it easier for us to understand.

Hi,
I am able to confirm this in testing. For me though, the duplicate email sends at the time of order, not when the order status changes. We will work on this and fix in the next release. Thanks for reporting.
Hi,
We don’t have this functionality in Merchant though we do have it in Botiga Pro.
For the demo Merchant website we are using our Botiga theme: https://wordpress.org/themes/botiga/
You can view the checkout via the demo here: https://demo.athemes.com/themes/?theme=Botiga
Thank you so much for this review, it means a lot to us!
Hi Ruben,
This was an intentional change for a few reasons. One is that by doing it this way we don’t force the customer to be awarded a gift they might not want, then have to remove it from their cart (unlikely but possible). Two, it encourages more interaction with your site – the claiming process gives more of a feeling of getting the gift as opposed to having it added automatically.
To be honest, there are pros and cons to both ways of doing it, but I’ll see if we can provide an option for store owners to decide how they want the gifts to be awarded (manually or automatically). Give us a week to work on this please.- This reply was modified 1 year, 10 months ago by aThemes.
