    I checked and advanced-cache.php is part of Rocket, and in Rocket I added:

    /cart/
    /cart/(.*)/

    – to the advanced cache section under never cached urls.

    This did not help my problem, and just disabling Rocket did not help either.

    Do you have any other ideas?

    I tried storefront but it still has the same problem.

    When I look at source I see that these 4 jquery files are being loaded:
