In reply to: [WP Super Cache] WP Super Cache not updated for WP 4.9One more follow-up… I decided to go ahead and try to reinstall again and use Simple Caching and that seems to be working ok… as it does not need to change the .htaccess file. I suspect the other problem still exists.

In reply to: [WP Super Cache] WP Super Cache not updated for WP 4.9Also, I had deleted the plugin from one of our sites where it was giving us problems and just tried reinstalling. We use Advanced Caching but it will not add the Mod Rewrite Rules to the .htaccess file or apparently anything else. Looks like it’s still broken. Grrr.

Ours are still working but I just saw the update push explaining that the Twitter button was being eliminated “for now”… I’m hesitating to update and lose the Twitter button.
Is there any hope of getting this fixed or worked around?
