AbdullahHello @druwan
Can you share the current PHP version and MySQL version you are using?
Thanks
AbdullahHello @druwan
Thanks for getting in touch and sorry for the trouble,
Under Integration tab, there is a link with button says view error logs, click on it to see error logs,
Make sure if you have debug mode is enabled from wp-config, while adding// Enable WP_DEBUG mode
define( 'WP_DEBUG', true );
// Enable Debug logging to the /wp-content/debug.log file
define( 'WP_DEBUG_LOG', true );Then only error logs will be displayed.
Please check the error and let me know, so that I can assist you in solving this issue! Thanks
AbdullahHello @rachel11111
Thanks for getting in touch,
First, looks like confusion,
Are you using GSheetConnector for WPForms or GSheetConnector for Elementor Forms please confirm.
Secondly, the form you created on page is having WPForms shortcode and in popup also same code is used?
Either, you are using Elementor based forms, please clear along with the screenshot,Then, after filling the form submission also check in Elementor Submissions and WPForms Entries to see where submissions are going to confirm what you are using.
If you are using WPForms based forms on your page and popup then consider using WPForms Google Sheet Connector, and if you are using Elementor based forms which is available in Elementor PRO then consider using Elementor Forms Google Sheet Connector
Hope this helps!
Thanks

In reply to: [Cloudflare] Version 4.14.1 Warning MessagesHello @rcscott
I am also facing the same issue and showing the error, whenever I save the WPRocket Settings or clear the wp-rocket cache,
I have replaced the plugin with version 4.14.0 and this also didn’t help, as whenever I try to clear the cache from wprocket, it still gives an error!
It only works if cloud flare plugin is deactivated.
Please help to identify the issue. Thanks
AbdullahHello @maple0wp,
Thanks for the update.I’ve created a test site and would like to share the login credentials with you so you can check things on your end. The new version appears to be working perfectly during our testing.
Additionally, I need a bit more information about your server configuration. Could you please copy the System Status details from your setup and share them with me by submitting the support form
Once I have your server details, I will also share access to the test site so we can replicate the issue using your environment configuration. We’ve already developed a solution in the new version that should resolve the issue you’re facing.
Thank you, and I look forward to your response.
Abdullah
Hello @maple0wp
Thanks for the update.
To help us replicate the issue on our side, can you please navigate to System Status and share the list of active plugins you currently have installed?
This will help us identify any possible conflicts and find the root cause quickly.
Thank you!Best regards,
AbdullahHello @dantekavala,
Thanks for sharing your concern! We understand that using a shared API key can seem unclear at first, so we want to explain how it works and why it’s safe.
✅ Safe to Use – The shared global API key is fully safe and has passed CASA verification. We have confirmed its usage with Google, so there are no security risks to your account or website. Using this API key does not expose your personal data or credentials.
👥 User-Friendly Approach – Not every user is familiar with creating their own Google API key. Setting up a personal key can be complex for non-technical users. The shared API is provided as a convenient option to get started quickly.
📊 Quota Management – While the free version uses a shared API key, it is carefully managed to ensure reliable performance for most users. For heavy usage or guaranteed quotas, the PRO version allows each user to connect with their own API key.
🔄 Entry Recovery – Occasionally, some entries may be missed due to quota limits. We are planning to implement a cron-based system that can automatically recover missed entries based on user settings.
📚 Transparency – We aim to make the shared API setup clear in the plugin documentation to avoid confusion.
🔗 Sources / Verification:
- Google API security guidelines: https://developers.google.com/identity/protocols/oauth2
- CASA verification ensures proper handling of API credentials in shared setups.
CASA Verification / Security Assessment: This plugin has passed CASA verification, which ensures it complies with Google’s security standards for handling API data. More details on Google’s security assessment process can be found here:
Google Cloud Security Assessment
In summary, the plugin is 100% safe, beginner-friendly, and designed to help users start using Google Sheet integrations without technical hurdles. Users concerned about API limits or higher usage can switch to using their own API key via the PRO version.
