In reply to: [SmartCrawl SEO checker, analyzer & optimizer] Two Sets of Sitemaps?I will go ahead and close this ticket. I switched my sites back to the Yoast SEO plugin and the issue with duplicate sitemaps was resolved immediately.

In reply to: [SmartCrawl SEO checker, analyzer & optimizer] missing Robots.txt + odd entryThank you. I guess my point is: if Nabu was suggesting those entries are important in the robots.txt, I would think the SmartCrawl plugin would add them by default. I see where I can add them, and I have read blog posts and resources where others recommend more or different entries into the robots.txt – I was hoping the plugin would use SEO/Wordpress best practices to fill in what should be in there for the optimal seo experience.

In reply to: [SmartCrawl SEO checker, analyzer & optimizer] Two Sets of Sitemaps? Thanks for the information. I’ve cleared the cache, but can you instruct me how to initiate a new crawl? Looks like Crawler is a “pro” feature?

In reply to: [SmartCrawl SEO checker, analyzer & optimizer] missing Robots.txt + odd entryQuick update: I found where to create the robots.txt within the plugin settings, and now I can see the sitemap linked in the robots.txt file. That said, the “/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php” is now gone from allow, and there is no content in disallow. That doesn’t sound normal based on your previous message. Thoughts?
Thanks again.

In reply to: [SmartCrawl SEO checker, analyzer & optimizer] missing Robots.txt + odd entryThanks very much for the detailed answers. Regarding your last point about putting the sitemap in the file, the robots.txt generated by SmartCrawl does not have a link to the sitemaps. Is there a setting within the plugin that allows you to add this?

In reply to: [Redirection] www. vs. non-www.Upon further investigation, it looks like there is a DNS issue with my site, where the required CNAME record for www redirection is missing. Hopefully that should solve the issue on my end!

In reply to: [WP Job Manager] New User Not Able To Set PasswordI did a few tests, and it looks like you’re right – damn permalinks…
I refreshed the permalinks and the issue seems resolved. After, I toggled the “hide backend” setting within iThemes Security and both variations seemed to work equally well.
I should have started my troubleshooting with refreshing the Permalinks – such a rookie mistake 🙂
Thanks for your help!
Thanks a lot for your quick reply.
That makes sense based on what I’m seeing. I did not switch to non-ajax (nor do I think anyone who was working on the site did), but this issue came up for me when I was testing as a new user who had not created an account yet, so I understand what you mean. When I am logged in, the uploads happen more in real time (i.e. immediately after “choose file”), when I’m a new user/guest, the uploads only begin when I press “preview”.For a bit more context, the way the theme I’m using (i.e. Listify) is set up, there is not an opportunity for a new user to sign in/register first – they get signed in/registered as they go through the listing process. So I’d certainly appreciate a fix.
Thanks for opening this up on GitHub. Fingers crossed!

In reply to: [WP Job Manager] New User Not Able To Set PasswordThanks for your reply. I have changed the login URL using a setting in the iThemes Security plugin (i.e. /wp-admin/ changed to /getin/). I thought this might be causing a conflict, but when I manually changed the text in the URL from the email, it did not fix. Further, what is odd is that after a few hours, if I click on the link in the email, it DOES go to the right place. Not sure if it is just a matter of time/waiting, or if that is just circumstantial and something else is causing it to work at a latter time.
Example URL in the email is below:
https://www.EXAMPLE.com/getin?action=rp&key=Ybdf5TARP9YttzpjGaMQ&login=testuser

In reply to: [WP Job Manager] Add Password Field in Resume Manager@visanu that link is no longer active. Did you move the article? I’d love to see what you did to get the PW in the listing form.
Thanks for pointing me to it. I thought I searched everywhere 🙂
Here’s a video capture if anyone else gets lost: https://cl.ly/1l2m0w0Y362aI’m having this same issue on several WP sites using GoDaddy Managed Hosting and the Yoast plugin. Since there does not seem to be a solve, can someone recommend an alt sitemap plugin to Yoast?

In reply to: [Oomph Clone Widgets] Works with this fixThanks for this fix! This plugin is arguably unusable without this. THANK YOU!
Quick update (if it is helpful). I rolled back my site to WP ver 4.1.1 and your plugin as ver 3.2.6 and everything worked great.
Then I updated your plugin to ver 3.3.2 (still on WP ver 4.1.1) and I had the above mentioned issues, though now neither the theme images nor the logo shows up.
Then, I rolled back your plugin to ver 3.2.6 and it worked again.
Not sure if that is helpful info, but figured I would let you know!
