Also, Is there a way to not have a Title to a page so that it does not appear on the body of the page?
I have resorted to having a period to minimize the distraction and tried a space and that did not work and thanks.

I am having the exact same issue and I got the “404 redirected” wp plugin. It fixed all of my 404 errors except the wp-trackback error. I have submitted a support ticket with them and will update this thread once I hear back.
This seems to be a pretty common problem, surprised that there seems not to be a clear solution for it.
