Zip-file upload

I had to relaunch my website. all the images were saved as a zip file. I have tried for a week to restore them, but always get an error message ” !Processing files, please wait… If the line of dots stops growing or your browser reports Ready, your server has given up. In that case: try again .Error inserting photo 100.jpg, unknown or non existent album.“
