Theme author have facility with a link to pro/external button in the customizer. We have included trt-customizer-pro build by @justintadlock to grab that. So it is fully legal.
And in term of support, you can simply get the theme documentation and support forum link buttons in our theme detail page. Haven’t you checked the theme detail page yet? If you don’t, please go to below page URLs;

Yes I have and I stand by what I wrote.
Going to your details page works fine – no problems there.
But… the Documentation Page link is misleading. It points to /business-gravity/ but the page ends up at /business-gravity-pro/ … take a look yourself.
Question: is there a Business Gravity documentation page?
For if you haven’t got a dedicated doc page for Business Gravity (free) then the theme is rather useless. I need a doc for the free version because I like to work on themes myself and not need to use Support Forums.
The only reason why I’m being a bit harsh is that I want this to work as it so easily can be a great theme.
