I noticed that the (?) icon links to an article which Zendesk had deprecated.

The page the plugin setup links is no longer valid.

I found what might be a good replacement here:

Thanks for pointing this out! I wonder why Zendesk did not redirect the old link.

Anyway, we have updated it in the plugin now. It will be part of the next version.
