    Hi,
    What is the best ‘code’ to put into the file editor on YoastSEO to ensure pages/post are frequently crawled & cached.

    Thank you.
    I use a theme and the theme filled in the editor and it was lots and lots random social code.

    I have used you guide and gone with

    # START YOAST BLOCK # ————————— User-agent: * Disallow: Sitemap: https://www.example.com/sitemap_index.xml # ————————— # END YOAST BLOCK
