    Hi
    We recently bought the pro version as we’ve used the free version for a while. Do you have a sample of an XML file we can use for importing? I want to check the structure.

    Thanks for that.
    We bought the Pro version but my boss paid for it using her email so if I put a ticket in will she get the replies? as that wont be helpful to me, nor her.

    If I use xml instead of CSV, I assume the node names just need to match the names I normally use for CVS, including custom ones?
    I think using XML will be easier than CSV overall.

    Hi,

    You can use drag and drop option to drag the CSV header value to the relevant column to import the data.

    Kindly create a support ticket with purchased mail ID with your mail ID in cc, after that we will send reply to your mail ID not for your boss mail ID.
