• I set timezone as Newyork on Setting –> General –> timezone
    but it printed wrong time.
I should add 4hr for correct time. How can I resolve this. is there anyway set EST time zone on order-handler.php as default timezone?

@greenartweb Yes, in the worst case, I think that we can adjust order-handler.php to put in a time zone shift. But personally, I’m concerned that it doesn’t just work by default.

Time zones are always difficult to manage, but we do try to read the site timezone and adjust accordingly. Usually we print both the timestamp that the job is printed, and the actual order time. These are processed differently, so could you let me know if they are both wrong by the same amount or are they different?

Has this issue been resolved? We are having exact issue. Could you tell me what did you do about it?

I already setup our wordpress timezone into Newyork time as well as our cpanel but the time printed on receipt was stil not correct. I also checked the plugin Delivery & Pickup Date Time for WooCommerce By CodeRockz, and it was the same. Is there a way we could change the timezone on the order-handler.php?

Actual Order time: November 11,2021 4:22am New York Time
Printed time on receipt: Novemver 10,2021 11:22pm

Hoping for your reply! Thank you! 🙏`
