@greenartweb Yes, in the worst case, I think that we can adjust order-handler.php to put in a time zone shift. But personally, I’m concerned that it doesn’t just work by default.
Time zones are always difficult to manage, but we do try to read the site timezone and adjust accordingly. Usually we print both the timestamp that the job is printed, and the actual order time. These are processed differently, so could you let me know if they are both wrong by the same amount or are they different?
Printing Time: May 21, 2021 12:44 pm (i tested at 4:44pm)
Order Date: May 21, 2021 5:43 pm (the order created at 1:43 pm)
Printing Time: May 21, 2021 11:40 pm (i tested at 3:40pm)
Order Date: May 21, 2021 9:08 am (the order created at 1:08 pm)

I already setup our wordpress timezone into Newyork time as well as our cpanel but the time printed on receipt was stil not correct. I also checked the plugin Delivery & Pickup Date Time for WooCommerce By CodeRockz, and it was the same. Is there a way we could change the timezone on the order-handler.php?
Actual Order time: November 11,2021 4:22am New York Time
Printed time on receipt: Novemver 10,2021 11:22pm
