Hello Edurio,
That’s a feature of the Professional extension, which creates separate Credit Notes for refunded orders. In most countries it’s forbidden to alter the actual invoice, so you need a negative invoice to counter for the refund (always make sure to enter the refund at the product level and not just the total!).
Let me know if you have any other questions!

If I want to do a right invoice with partial refund I need a premium version?
So the basic version isn’t work for all orders.
You must to change it, that is a basic feature.
Thanks but I delete the plugin, regards.
PS: If someone have the same problem, I recommend this plugin: https://es.wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce-pdf-invoices/ , it works with partial refunds too and great design.

Hi! I’m sorry to hear that. It is not a basic feature for us, because in most countries this is forbidden. It would make the plugin useless for many people just because everytime an order would be refunded the invoice would change and they’d have to find another solution for this. This is still an issue with the plugin you are referring to, they also require the paid version for credit notes and the way they change the invoice for refunds is not legally sound.
We made the decision to make the free version useable for everybody, legally sound. Refunds don’t happen too often, and if you have a small shop you can just manually create a credit invoice/credit not. If you want to do this directly from the plugin then that’s a paid addon.
I’m sorry I can’t help you with this, but I’m glad you found a solution to the issue with the above plugin. Everybody has different needs and if your accountant does not mind the invoices changing then that’s all fine.
Happy selling and have a great weekend!
