Wrong quantity

Hi, I have set up buy x get y where you must buy 2 products from a category, then you get a free specific product

It works, it adds the product when you add 2 products from the category but when you click on the basket it shows the quantity as 2 free gifts instead of one and when you click on checkout it changes to 3 and every time you refresh the page it increases the quantity. Another problem is that when you remove one of the qualifying products, the free gift still stays in the cart
