Regarding your query, In our EB Row Blocks, we have options to set padding and margin for different screen sizes. For reference please check this screencast – https://d.pr/v/4MeNaw
If you are seeing the padding on the backend but when you view the page in mobile you are not seeing the padding then I would like to request you to do the Asset Regeneration from Essential Blocks. Check this screencast – https://d.pr/v/xv2iBj. Now please try to check after clearing the browser cache and purge all caching if you are using any caching plugin for your website.

I applied the Asset Regeneration as per your instructions, but the problem persists. Backend view is correct (60px margin/padding), front end is wrong (no margins / padding)

Regarding your query, as the issue still persists, I would like to suggest you to do a plugin conflict check. You can check for Plugin conflicts by deactivating all the third-party plugins one by one except for Essential Blocks. Simply go to your WordPress Dashboard and navigate to wp-admin -> Plugins and then, deactivate other Plugins and check if this works for you or not. If deactivating the other plugins fixes the issue please follow the below process.
Enable plugins one by one: Reactivate your plugins one by one, checking the website after each activation to see if the issue reappears. This will help you identify the plugins causing the conflict.
