WPforms has dispalced my admin panel

    There’s some sort of wpforms ad, notice or other intrusion in my wordpress admin panel. I don’t use this form and somehow it has put itself at the top of my admin page and bumped everything off the page. It’s extremely annnoying. Anyone knnow how to get rid of this???

    The link shows a screenshot of my admin page all showed down because of this weird wpforms stuff.
