    Hello,

I’m working on a clients site relaunch with Divi5. I’m using several plugins, that I also use in other projects working fine with Divi5 AND WP Optimize. The only difference is the hoster.
But here in http://www.moebel-sams.at pagespeed insights shows https://www.moebel-sams.at/ kann nicht zugeordnet werden. Bitte prüfe, ob die URL gültig ist.

And the website that webdev shows, is looking like that:
    ْF0 _ww@FJ5$imҌԭO%[#$HX쿝~;y=KD J-UD,DxD<:8})^VKҾyV(nv6ֹo~\yh{޷ %;٫<\\»D(пQD|Kפ;k4t= gtyao/_pXݡ8ryq[f7^yʗ OA3ۣR22{vqtZmhol߹+ek;f7fV7ܙ{sEU\h_&B؎[PP>-/)_ʧBCSqa<B44bgO/l׷klP7`ס3;!Uʏʿ

What could cause that? It’s the only site with this problem.

For the moment the website is offline …

Thanks for help and best regards
    Georgia

    Hi,

Thanks so much for contacting us! Taking a look at the site now the Coming Soon page appears to be rendering properly, is WP-Optimize currently activated on the site?

I’m wondering if there might be a conflict with WP-Optimize and the Coming Soon plugin in use. If WP-Optimize is currently deactivated, if you temporarily reactivate it and disable the Coming Soon plugin briefly do you have the same display issue?

    Thank you!

WP Optimize was deactivated. I’ve activated it now and I see the webiste correctly. Pagespeed Insights says, that the URL can not be tested. After deleting the cache, I see this again:
    ْF0 _ww@FJ5$imҌԭO%[#$HX쿝~;y=KD `J-UD,DxD<:8})^VKҾyV(nv6ֹo~\yh{޷ %;٫<\\»D(пQD|Kפ;k4t= gtyao/_pXݡ8ryq[f7^yʗ OA3ۣR22{vqtZmhol߹

Thank you so much for your answer

Could it be, that Core Files from WordPress are defective? I’ll try to repair this. For the moment I’m saving all my data from the website. I will delete from webspace every data except of /wp-content/, wp-config.php an my uploads and then I’ll instal wordpress from new.

    Hi,

I’m seeing the same thing. Definitely a strange issue! I don’t think it would be related to WordPress core files but possibly a conflict with the Coming Soon plugin and ours. Can you let me know if this Coming Soon plugin is available on WordPress.org? I’d like to set up some tests on my local sites and see if I run into similar issues.

Just as another quick test, if you temporarily disable the Coming Soon plugin just for a few minutes and keep WP-Optimize active, does the same display issue happen?

    Thanks!

The issue happens even if I disable and delete the coming soon plugin. I’m using Seed Prod.

I have now activated WP Optimize again. Sed Prod also is active, but the maintenance mode is inactive.

    I hope that helps …

    Hi,

Thanks so much for testing that. I was able to see the front-end when it was uncached but sure enough when a cached version is served I’m seeing the same problem again. Thanks for temporarily deactivating Seed Prod so we can rule that out.

In your WP-Optimize settings, do you currently have HTML minification enabled?

    Thread Starter ardio

    (@ardio)

No HTML minification is not enabled …

    Hi,

Thanks for the info! If you take a look at your PHP error logs are you seeing any fatal errors or warnings?

    Thread Starter ardio

    (@ardio)

I don’t see fatal errors and warnings …
I’m really confused with this error.

    I’ve got this: [Fri Mar 13 15:19:42.431614 2026] [proxy_fcgi:error] [pid 1036366:tid 139647273264896] [client 217.149.161.75:22108] AH01071: Got error ‘Primary script unknown’, referer: https://www.moebel-sams.at/wp-admin/plugins.php?plugin_status=all&paged=1&s
as last error log … but that doesn’t meet the time of my last action with the website …

I just configured the website also without www. but also without effect …

    Hi,

Thanks for the update! I think that error is unrelated to the problem we’re running into but might have been triggered when visiting the Plugins page.

I’d like to take a look at the cache files to see if they are being saved correctly and just rendering incorrectly or if they’re also being saved incorrectly.

Would it be possible to visit the /wp-content/cache/wpo-cache folder and zip up some of the sub folders so that I can inspect the html and html.gz files? If you create a zip file of these and move them into the /wp-content/uploads directory I should be able to download them and take a look if you provide a link to the file.

    Thanks!

Thank you so much for yout friendly support!!

    https://moebel-sams.at/wp-content/uploads/wpo-cache.zip is available for you.

I’ll make my website fine for night and weekend and deactivate WP Optimize an activate SeedProd maintenance.

I thank you so much and wish you a good time. I will be very happy to read from you again. Here it is late now and dark outside, so I wish you a good night.

    Hi and good morning.
The hoster now has deactiated “FPM” for testing

    https://faq.world4you.com/de/articles/4475-was-ist-fpm

Now WP Optimize works like it should. But wouldn’t it not be better for the website performance to have “FPM” active?
Best regards and have a good start into this new week …

PS.: The performance of th website ist rather bad … but it works without issues.

    Hi,

Thanks so much for the update. When I checked the generated cache files everything was being generated and saved correctly which was going to prompt me to ask you to check with the host, but it seems like you already did!

Typically yes using PHP-FPM results in better PHP performance, and I use it on all of my test sites where WP-Optimize works without issue. My best guess is they have some sort of different implementation that was causing issues in serving the cached files but they would need to investigate that since we can now see WP-Optimize is working properly when they disable FPM. Hopefully they are able to find something so that PHP-FPM can be enabled again and result in faster performance!

I just want to check if we’re okay to mark this as resolved?
