WOW, what service

Hi All

We have been working with a client who needed something really specific to protect their files. The team at Prevent Direct Access, especially Tim went beyond any of my expectations to help with the questions and problems we had and was available, not only throughout the week, but at weekends too.

The answers they gave us were easy to follow and within the emails sent over screenshots so you could see what you were doing.

We bought the professional version of the plugin as it does more that the one here on the repro, but it was worth it for all the backup help we received.

I must say they deserve the 5 Stars
