WordPress Database error Problem

    I have bought a shared hosting from resellerclub. I get error database connection daily and per hour about 20 minutes.

    hosting manager tell me about php execute time limit. this server is about php execute 20 . this is very big problem to me and only 20% time shows google adsense ads.What can i do at this moment.

    Contact your host. It appears that your database server is misconfigured or inadequate to the load.

    I have contact with hosting provider but they have reply to me that it is my site credential problem.i have checked config php but it is same as database.
    some time this website wroking and after sometimes issue error.
    Please help me.

    Can you show us those errors? More information is needed to help you. Walk us through exactly what is happening. You might want to enable Debugging to see if anything comes up that could help figure out the source of your issue – https://wordpress.org/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/

    and also this site cpanel is always working

    If it works, then stops working, then works again, it’s not a credentials problem.

    after disable all plugins site working.but i can’t recognize which one is currupted.
    it show message unable to connect database.
