I am looking for WordPress technical and security input on my question – I am concerned about giving a person access to the WP dashboard, even as a customer. I have a plugin that creates a WP log in, they see the backend dashboard panel of my website, they use the WP-admin to log in and out – even though the access is for a customer, I feel this access point would make it easy to hack in to my site. Any thoughts about this ..

Hi. By default, WordPress gives all users, even Subscribers (customers), access to the minimal admin dashboard. That’s why your clients see the backend when they log in.
    To prevent this, you can:
Redirect customers away from /wp-admin to a front-end page (like your booking or account page) using a small code snippet.
Use a plugin like Remove Dashboard Access, which automatically blocks dashboard access for customers.

If you need help setting this up, you can contact our support team at support@bookly.net and we’ll guide you through it.
