Thanks for reaching out!
I understand that some customers cards are not being accepted on payment, while other customers have no issues with regard to this, is that correct?
Please could you clarify which Payment Gateway / Payment method you are using on your site that is experiencing this issue?
Also, if possible, could you please share the exact error message those customers have received upon payment failure?
Additionally, in order to get a better understanding of your site setup, could you please share a copy of the following:
- System Status Report: navigate to WooCommerce → Status. Select
Get system report and then Copy for support.
- Fatal Error log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce → Status → Logs.
Once you have these, please share them in your response here.
