    i just bought the plugin today for the sake of woocommerce integration so that my customers can track the orders hassle-free, but unfortunately, the orders were not synced via your plugin, i knew that it works only for new orders, then i added a few orders but also they were not synced.

    when i placed the order i was told that there will be 6 months of support included in my subscription but i couldn’t find any support channel even the email is not receiving the emails i sent.

    please help regarding this issue
