Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I understand how frustrating it can be to lose access to certain pages on your site.
To better understand the situation, could you clarify if you were previously able to access this page? If so, when did the issue start, and what changes (if any) were made on the site just before you noticed it?
Are you the site owner or main administrator, or were you recently added to the site? Also, is this the only page you’re unable to access, or are other pages affected as well?
Lastly, can you confirm if you’re able to navigate to WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support? If yes, please share the report via gist.github.com.

Our client reviewed the Customer page in the WordPress admin area and reported that the About page is missing from the admin panel.
- I have an administrator account on the site.
- No recent changes have been made to the site.
- All plugins are up to date and running the latest versions.

Hello, i have found fix for this problem, just need to follow this steps.
WooCommerce version is 4.0+ (ideally latest).
Go to WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced > Features.
✅ Do you see an option to enable “WooCommerce Admin” (or Analytics module)?
If so, enable it.
