woocommerce < 8.0 error message

    i have noticed if once the latest wallee is installed and woommerce is under 8.0 the following page with this error message is showing up in the front- and backend and it is only possible to use FTP to deactivate the wallee plugin to use wordpress again to take further action.

    Please check the following requirements before activating: <ul><li>Woocommerce 8.0+ is required. (You’re running version 5.7.1)</li></ul>

    hi @oblaum,

    we weren’t expected that the wordpress updater wouldn’t take into account the minimum version set in the plugin.

    For version pre-8.0 you should stay with version of the plugin 2.x. We will investigate how to make sure this doesn’t happen in the future.
