    Hello, everyone,
I am creating a website selling courses (presential / face-to-face courses), and I have been asked if it is possible, in the user login area, after completing the PRESENTIAL course, to have access to their course completion certificate (PDF) from their customer area / login area.

I said that, in this case, it would be better to send the PDF via email to the user who has completed the face-to-face course, but the customer wants the user to download it from their customer area.
I’ve searched for various ways of asking this question and haven’t found an answer… Can anyone help me?

I use Divi as my main theme (in case that helps solve the problem).

  • Hi there @luiscalado 👋

Thank you for reaching out. I’d be happy to help you with this!

if it is possible, in the user login area, after completing the PRESENTIAL course, to have access to their course completion certificate (PDF) from their customer area / login area.

While there are various My Account customization plugins (examples linked here, here and here), I’d recommend integrating Sensei LMS in the course’s workflow.

It would help with student interaction, and increase involvement and retention. Sensei LMS certificates is one example.

I trust that points you in the right direction, but if you have more questions, let us know.

    We’re happy to help.

    Good afternoon,

Thank you very much for your reply. But I’ve been researching Sensei LMS and basically this “plugin” is for selling ONLINE courses … whereas my courses are PRESENT.

So I don’t think this is the best tool, because my students will buy the course here on the site and with the invoice they will have access to the classroom. Only after the class has taken place would they have their certificate on their dashboard.

    Hi @luiscalado

    Thanks for reaching out.

I wouldn’t recommend opening multiple threads for the same topic as this is against the forum guidelines.

I’m going to close this thread now and we’ll continue on the other one:
