I am sorry to hear that one of your clients is having trouble with their subscription, this sounds frustrating!
As I understand, you are using the WooCommerce Subscriptions extensions, correct?
Since this is related to a premium extension, please contact us directly here. You will need to log in to the account used to purchase the extension before you can access that page.
As per the forum guidelines, no support for premium extensions is done here but we will be happy to assist you further from there 🙂

I am still struggling. I have signed to that link and created a website as instructed. Not sure what to do now as I dont see any place to connect for support. I have emailed woo commerce and tried contacting over social media and cant find assistance. I am not sure what to do as I needed to get this done last week and I still have no-one to assist.

If I understand you correctly, you are working on a client and they don’t have the credentials that purchased the products on WooCommerce.com, correct?
