    I like very much the wizard simualator! Really important and useful feature. However all 4 simulations displayed very little change in page speed (64%-73%) / no change in YSlow , and strangely added 10-12 seconds in Fully loaded time – from 8.3 pre-plugin to 20 on the simulator.

    Is the simulator realistic?

    WHy would full load time increase by more than 100% with the plugin?

    asyncing/ deferring loads JS later, to allow the page to be rendered sooner (because JS is render-blocking). typically your render and onLoad times can be expected to improve, but your fully loaded might be slower indeed.
