Do you get any response message after you submit the form?
I’m having the same issue (not sending) getting a validation error message. “Validation errors occurred. Please confirm the fields and submit it again.” Would an older PHP version have anything to do with this? ..any help would be greatly appreciated.
I’m having a similar problem where submitting the form only refreshes the page – no error or validation messages and no email is sent. Have you had any luck?

Nothing at all, the wheel turns and nothing is sent, it just sits there. If you refresh the page you loose the information that is on the page and you have to start all over again.
What other plugins and theme do you use on the site?
Update: I’ve just had success with forms working again by unauthorising capatcha and setting it up again.
Using:
Advanced Editor Tools (previously TinyMCE Advanced)
All in One SEO
Classic Editor
Contact Form 7
GP Premium
Kraken Image Optimizer
Multifile Upload Field for Contact Form 7
Official StatCounter Plugin
Wordfence Security
And using reCAPTCHA (v3) as integrated security (Spam protection)
Didn’t have any problems before I updated GeneratePress
Try switching to the default theme, deactivating all plugins excluding Contact Form 7, Classic Editor and Wordfence Security, and clearing all cache data.
Why you are advised to deactivate plugins and switch to the default theme.
I tried that and it didn’t work.
Still not working, can’t get it to send.
