Hello there @buga9 thanks for getting in touch. Sorry to hear you’re facing issues with Site Kit. I’d be happy to help you further with this. To investigate the issue further, please can you share the following:

    1. Your Site Health information. You can use this form to share privately if preferred.
    2. Does this happen when using an Incognito browser?
    3. At what stage are you seeing this error? For example do you see it when setting up Site Kit or on the dashboard?

You can also try running through our troubleshooting steps here which may help to highlight the cause of the issue for you. Let me know if you have any other questions at this time.

@buga9 I can see that you have shared your site health information so thanks for that. As suggested above, please could you next try running through our troubleshooting steps here.

When running through the steps, do you encounter the same issue when in troubleshooting mode with just the Site Kit plugin active? This will help us to rule out any obvious plugin conflicts that may be causing this to happen.

i tried the troubleshooting. it appears to be a conflict with the theme. although i have an error in the analytics settings: Error: Request parameter is empty: propertyID. (Please try again.). this error only happens with the current theme. does not happen with the twenty twenty-five theme.

@buga9 Nice troubleshooting to find the conflict with your theme. As the conflict is with the theme, I’d suggest reaching out to the theme support team for more assistance with that.

With regards to the other error you are seeing in your Analytics module settings, it sounds like there may be something at host level blocking the creation/selection of a property or account when using Site Kit. To confirm this, you can see if you’re able to create a property or account from this disposable WordPress site, which I suspect you will be.

Once you’ve tried the above then please let me know. As mentioned above the issue could be related to your host and you may need to reach out to them to check for any blocks on their side.

As we didn’t receive a response I’ll mark this as resolved. Feel free to open a new support topic if you continue to encounter issues, or reopen this topic and we’d be happy to assist.
