Why can i not download the pro plugin after completed purchase

    I have purchased the TS Poll Developer plugin plan,, i have received the confirmation email,, the provided link to download said plug in opens to a 404 page not found,,, how do i get the pro plugin to use on my website. i will request a refund for my purchase as this is not usable without the actual software. I can not access the link provided,, i have sent contact email and have yet to receive a response.
