Where’s my privacy?

    Hi,

    Can I, as a product-buyer, opt-out? My name is unique in the area where I live so anyone seeing the popup will know with 100% certainty that it was me who made the particular purchase.

    Thank you for reaching out to us for support,

    You can totally turn off all popups generated by your orders, by going to plugin dashboard > Notifications > switch them off. Here’s my screenshot for your reference: http://prntscr.com/o4adru

    Hi @beeketing !

    Thanks for the swift reply. That dashboard is only accessible to the seller. I, as a buyer, would like to opt out of those popups. Do I get the chance to do so during my shopping process, or is no such option offered to the buyer?

    Thank you for your explanation.

    In that case, I’m sorry that currently we don’t have this feature. However, I’ve forwarded your feedback to our developing team so they could review and consider in the future upgrade.

    In the meantime, as we plugin developer must respect our users’ data and privacy, unfortunately we can’t help you opt out of popups shown with your name. You should contact the seller directly to let them know and support you further.
