What does “Show brands in loop” mean?

Hi there!

It’s a great plugin. Already gave it a 5 star review. I have one question: I selected to “Show brands in loop”. But nothing is showing on the shop page (which I assume = the product loop). Now I am confused…what does “Show brands in loop” actually mean? What should happen?
